Kvklay talking about fake transactions

Briefly explain the trade: I was planning on buying his 201GBP Amazon card.
Then this user starts talking about some program that can generate and create hundreds of sythe accounts just for vouching. I dont have proof of that part. But i do have proof of the part where he says that he will drop me positive comments about a fake transaction with me and no MM? I tell him thats against the rules and he claims " well nobody knows" then all of a sudden he claims he has another 138GBP amazon gift card which is very coincidental because he himself said that " klopek20" has scammed him a 138GBP card. Then he started saying how that the 138GBP card will be my next vouch and how he will make a thread and arrange it as me being the buyer for it.
