    Ok as you know dchp assigns a different ip to every person however the nubmers it assigns are similar

    example
    66.249.0.0
    66.249.0.1

    it does that to every single person with that isp


    btw my isp is verizon is that helps

    post I OWN MOST's ip to see if its the same as mine
