Clemont is ratting people out.

So this Clemont guy sends me a message wanting to add me to buy my Runique ps server accout, this was first real offer I've really gotten from anyone and I saw that he was to be trusted by his profile info so I added him, then he acts like he didnt even want to add me, (added me by mistake). Moments later I find myself being ip perma banned on runique and all accounts lost due to this guy.

 

You can't tie those 2 events together, it certainly could be a coincidence. Without hard evidence that he was directly involved with your ban, we can't do anything.
