After months of issues with this user not replying to me and refusing to work with me, I finally posted a thread in which this issue was to be resolved.

Spoke to Bas yesterday claiming he could not refund me, so made a deal in which he would give me a fresh max main 07 + 25m 07. The only reason I agreed to accept this was because he said he didn't have the money to refund me. I was under the impression it was a take it or leave it deal. I didn't want to get nothing out of it. Also promised to deliver that day.

At this point, it's going on 2 days with no resolution and I'm flat out being ignored by Bas. I honestly just want a full refund and believe this issue should have been resolved by now. I'm sorry for multiple threads, but Blupig is afk and I'm being ignored by Bas. Thanks for your time.
