Scammer- Ray Ban Theif

HI i was selling a account to ray ban thief for 70m my level118+9 and level117 we were meant to do 50/50. I gave me my password and everything first for both accounts he then kept saying jagex hasn't sent me the email i went to check if he was lying or telling the truth so i went to recover lost password it got me to put a email in i put in is email ([email protected]) then i kept telling him that the email got registered for both account's he keeps denying it then he post's a picture of my account this one http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=1451622 saying i've had it for a very long long time i asked him to give my account's back he said give me my 40m back which he never gave me.... so here is my proof
BAN HIM FOR THE REST OF HIS LIFE AND IP ADDRESS TO PLEASE!!!
