Re-make a Logo

I need this logo re-made:



I want is essentially the same, but less problems with it (it's choppy, pixelated, etc).

It will be going on this new layout

Made it almost exactly the same but higher quality

 

It's not bad, but it should be more of an oval (wider horizontally) instead of a circle.

Also a bit too much white space on the top, maybe if you can make the S and the G slightly bigger then it could go up more?
