Re: Is any paypal payment I receive safe?

I've been getting scammed recently a huge amount of cash. A couple weeks ago, I was scammed over $400, let alone been chargebacked so many times. I'm looking to do legit businesses and services, but feel as if I should just do services for 07gp now because there are too many paypal chargebacks and thus, losing so much balance on my paypal.
Main question: Is there any payment that can't be reversed? Like what's the safest thing a person can pay me through which in result; they can't charge back.
If not, is there a way to guarantee a transaction can't be reversed? -for instance, what evidence do I provide?-

Most big gold sellers will ask for your ID, i.e drivers licence or passport although being someone new like yourself I don't think anyone would feel comfortable enough to show you their ID.

Any payment method is refundable, it just depends on what lengths people are willing to go to, people can do bank transfer and still chargeback on that but, if someone decides to chargeback through their bank that would mean their bank get's closed and things go under serious investigation and I think 99.9% of people aren't willing to take that risk. So that's a payment method, bank transfer.
You could also try Skrill, that is like Paypal but the rate of chargeback is a lot less, I'd say Skrill only has a 10% chance of being taken back.
WU, Western Union, this method is a lot of effort though, you'd have to have a local Western Union near you and a lot of people don't know what that is.
Neteller, I've never had experience with this, but I've heard it's similar to bank transfer and like a 0.5% of chargeback.
BTC (Bitcoin) is a non refundable payment method as long as you remember to wait for 1 confirmation (takes around 5 minutes to confirm)

07GP and EOC seems like your safest bet as a new player, or you could accept other currencies like WoW gold and Fifa just to expand the range you have to offer.

Edit: Totally forgot, PlayerAuctions, that is 100% secure as long as you take videos/pictures of the whole transaction and a lot of people use PlayerAuctions.
