Edit: He's now claiming that it's Hotspot shield which is a fairly common VPN. If the IP match indeed belongs to this VPN then it's believable I guess. Especially if he's able to provide proof that he was scammed by a fake PP invoice which is one of the main ways Denmarkawu scams, along with impostor MMs.

He vouched Denmarkawu who is Danmarkahhh. Shares an IP match with Danmarkahhh. Even if the IP match is a VPN, it shows they use the same VPN and they also have the same RSPS interests ( http://www.sythe.org/private-server-gold-items-misc/1862399-buying-ikov-gp.html ).
