This is a lie! I clearly told him that I am buying his steam account! And then I told him to refund me because he never gave me it, but he still doesn't refund me! Now he only wants to refund me because he is banned.

I don't care about the money anymore. He is a liar and should remain banned!
To admin, I will even give you the password to my account so you can check all the PMs and see that I sent him multiple PMs stating to refund me and he never refunded!
