Addition to Boatswains ban

Boatswain chargebacked $100 that he had sent me as a result of losing multiple bets to me in the Donor Lounge dicing thread.

This is very upsetting because I had really trusted him, and now my Paypal balance is -$~98

I can't show the bets that we did in the Donor Lounge because I am currently on a SRB from the DL, but I'm sure a mod would be able to see the bets we did.

If this was in fact a scamquit and not a mistake (highly unlikely). I would like to get his SVU information.
