It's unlocked and will go with any network provider.

iPhone includes:

i dont get it, ofcourse you dont go first. cause of the buyer sends the money and doesnt get his iphone, he can claim his money back.

Yeah, reason being why i'm not going first. If the buyer does not recieve the iPhone (which he will), he can claim his money back.
