Ignis Capes is a Scammer

Briefly explain the trade:
I paid him 4m for a fire cape, upon completion I would pay 3mil more as a bonus
How they scammed:
Initially asked for my bank pin to show what he was being "trusted with" offering IRL phone # and Name. After refusal, He attempted to hack into my Bank Account by guessing Pins, and ended up changing my name to something along the lines of YOUJIZZZZZZZZZ. I have since rectified that situation, but I am down 4 mil.

Dealt with Sythe PMs, I will forward these PMs through sythe to the Appropriate Moderator.

Explaination for cropping: Some of these topics were sensitive (including my password and user name). I will post full unedited, besides blacked out username and passwords and the like, upon request. I will gladly forward these PMs through Sythe to the appropriate moderator such as FireZ or PlzNate, as stated above. I as of now and will never have the technology to compromise Sythe's Email System, and therefore it can be reasonably expected that the Forwarded PMs in fact will reflect the true sender, Ignis Capes.

More Details:
He asked me to put on Melee gear against Jad. I did not know it at the time, but it is almost impossible to fully melee the Caves, and the account I had was 45 defense, making it almost literally impossible. I believe this was a ruse to attempt to have me bring Full Bandos or other expensive gear, as he did not remember that I was 45 defense. His attempt to see my bank opens obvious red flags. Furthermore, he has a penchant for deleting negative posts on his Threads. Please refer to his "Find All threads by Ignis Fire" to see 6 complaints deflected because of various reasons. While those 6 were unsubstantiated, this thread is an attempt to definitively prove that He scammed me. His rebuttal is that he in fact got a Fire cape for me. The only way I can believe this is if He depicts a picture of My person wearing Full Void and Skill Cape with Rapier Killing Jad. However, Because I logged on to find no Fire Cape and a low amount of tokens, I do not have any reason to believe he delivered.
