Nothing like buying $200 piece of hardware only for it to break with normal usage 12 months later.

Oh and as soon as it broke the receipt fell into the 4th dimension and their customer service is all Indians.

Try updating the firmware/drivers

I updated the firmware for the BASE and the MOUSE, and the "Razer naga epic" driver to the latest version, as well as plugging it into every available USB port on my computer, and restarting my computer 10+ times. Nothing will work. I dont want to call razer support line because they will give me the usual "hurr take your receipt and warranty to place of purchase"

is the naga the one with like 9 buttons on the side? I would reccommend just returning it man tbh. I don't see a use for that many buttons unless you pvp in wow

I did play WoW when i bought it. I originally bought the razer mamba, tried it for a few days and realised the naga has so many more options. It can be wireless and i can use the buttons on the size for quick item activation in League of legends, so i returned the mamba.


I cant return naga now, no recepit.

Anyway; i just fixed it. I need to buy a new mousepad though and i'm scared to try wireless mode incase it breaks for 6 days like last time. For now im just gonna leave it.
