Rawrasaurus and phpMyTony - Scammers?

Hello!
I have recently traded with Rawrasaurus and phpMyTony.


Rawrasaurus kinda acted as the MM and phpMyTony the buyer.
Rawrasaurus said that he knew phpMyTony IRL and would be responsible of the money if something ever happened.

I have sold 42M for 0.85/m for a total of 35.7$ USD.

Today, when I woke up, all three paypal payments were on hold. (We did increments)
Paypal opened an investigation on our transactions and was asking for more informations. I called them on phone and they told me that the problem was on his side and that he had to call them on phone so that the payments could release.

So I talked to Rawrasaurus on MSN and explained him the situation, he invited his friend. phpMyTony told me that he could not call paypal before a few days because his mobile did not have credit. I told him that he had to call today or that I would dispute. He went offline.


Rawrasaurus told me that his friend had a bad internet connection so we waited. Shortly after, he went offline too.

EDIT:
I called paypal again and they said that the payments were sent from a stolen credit card.
