Sundialing Dispute Please

Okay.

In 2010 I got banned for "scamming". However, what this was. I was buying a royal crown from this guy who lived in the United States. I am in UK. What happened was, was I paid him and COMPLETLY forgot about the fee PayPal charges for converting currencies. This then lead into an uproar over a couple dollars.

As you can see Verts confirmed the payment was completed and fully paid back and also confirmed that him, Pen & Skele-Masters decision to unban me. However, this never happened.

Anyway, after that I made an account 'Malcolm X'. As you can tell I got banned for 'ban evading'. However, I don't think I should of been banned for ban-evading considering I was supposed to be unbanned back in 2010. I didn't get unbanned. So, mods seen it as ban evading and banned me once again.

I then posted a dispute maybe over a month ago? In which is still to this day not been cleared or responded to with any actions taken.

I created the account 'Sundialing'. BUT STILL I get banned for ban evading. Although I should of got un-banned way back in 2010.

I have donated $25 and also paid for a Sythe Verified User on Sundialing. I have also got very noteable vouches on ALL accounts I have been on.

Normally, you guys are very lenient and unban those people who pay back whatever they took. However, I have had nothing to pay back to anyone since the year 2010. It's been four years and I have NEVER scammed. The only time I was 'thought' to be a scammer was in 2010 when I paid the dude but failed to realise PayPal took a couple dollars fee for the currency conversion in which I paid back four years ago and was confirmed I made the payment.

Guys. I am extremely apologetic for creating accounts. However, I was supposed to be un-banned four years ago and although It's late I couldn't help that. I have posted disputes but none of my disputes were acted upon.

If you guys would like to know ANYTHING else or have ANY more questions whatsoever that would help my case anymore then please ask.

Also, if you do ask.. Do I create another dispute to reply to them??
