Banned from a powerleveler

hello, i bought skills from a person which does skills by his hands, 1-60hunter , 1-60firmaking and 19-70 crafting. however i received ban on my account for using bots.... and the leveler says that he does not use bot.
skills cost: 29m

i would like to receive a full refund + 30% of account price since the account received a ban and it will remain in history

He was at school and the account was still logged in and leveling untill it got ban:

conclusion: this guy bots and he refuses that he does not bot. However, i demand a full refund + 30% of the account price, he said he wont pay anything even if he gets ban on sythe.... thats his lost.

 

He never admitted to botting. He clearly says more than once that he didn't bot, so unfortunately what you've posted isn't proof of anything.

Attempt to get the ban quashed first.

account status says account was using micro botting on the day he leveled the skills + he said he was in school and the account was logged in training... and got ban after few hours

he said that he did not bot and he dont use bots.... he was at school and account was logged in training by itself, few hours later it got ban. i checked the ban status history it says that it got bot busted as you can see in the picture which is the main proof it got ban in the same day and same hour that he was at school

i have the right to ask for a full refund because services was not completed and my account is ban, and he says he did not bot, and the account was logged in while he was at school after getting ban. so i ask for a refund + 30% if he disagree to pay 30% that leads to sythe to decide what to do with him. however all i know now im able to get my 29m back from MM "c0ngs"

he was botting and they detecting it. so i don't know what else you expect from me?? However if you don't like to continue on this case which is unfair for me and everyone agrees... i would like to get my money back fully refunded. also note this: service was not even completed

did you check the pictures that i've posted i cant appeal its impossible jagex wont let me appeal. check on the pictures carefully please.

 

1. go to Old School RuneScape Log In
2. click "can't log in?"
3. i am having other problems logging in
4. hijacked account
5. fit it fast: reset my password
6. enter your runescape login and press recover
7. press no and enter all the details to recover the account

if you're lucky jagex will unban you after they see a different ip was logged in when you got banned

 

its unban already.... , im saying why this guy used bot on his services and lied. i want my refund this is annoying.. my service is not completed and i want a refund

 

@Yankiee what @zayedxuae wants is to know if he can get the payment back because virutally no leveling has been done

It looks like he is already banned, but I'll go ahead and add this to his ban reason.
