ExoGold requesting a pardon for failing to respond to a scam report/failing to recover an account.

Skype screenshot was to showcase that I do not use Skype so I did not willfully ignore him or so. Covered the url of one of my suppliers. Covered the recovery appeal URL for obvious reasons.

Detailed description of events:
I was on a hiatus from Sythe for a few months for the holidays due to an increased amount of work from my entrepreneurial efforts and during this period an old (one year old) account got hacked that I had previously sold. The buyer attempted to contact me for around a month but as I failed to do so he fairly wondered if I had scammed him and then dipped. A scam report was opened which I didn't respond to as I didn't see it due to not being logged in to Sythe for the period of time where these events took place. I was then banned.
I responded to the user instantly during the same few minutes I became aware of the events that happened. I consider myself fair and just and take responsibility for not actively checking the platform. The DNT and ban were justified. But I consider having done my part as fast as possible. I have also added an up to date contact method to my Sythe which I will keep active (Discord) in case anything else may some day happen again. I will be reachable.

I've chatted to Jason and Video in regards to this.
