incapable of paying, unreliable, cant keep his word owes me money from 4 days ago tells me he will world hop then never does. I have wasted the last 4 hours trying to get him to pay me, managed to get a sara set after constant struggles. his brother had paid me the first set then said it was his bed time at 8 o clock. he has told me to meet him at several different times and has not been present for any of them. the following are screenshots of the payments etc.

note: his brother could not get easter egg in ge for max so we agreed on two sara sets instead of the egg, zammy plate was still in agreement.

I was fine with him other than the fact that he was a total idiot at using bounty hunter, i randomly see him coming up in full sara and he starts attacking me like hes trying to win or something? he always kept me waiting and from his threads it appears he does that with other people too. Ive waited around everytime he told me to be there and not once did he show or even message me. he said his laptop couldnt get on runescape because it was the schools, suddenly firefox lets runescape in yet he cant get on msn anymore? its merely impossible to do anything with him as he acts superior all the time and is arrogant at doing things anyway but his own

do not unban him i can bet any money that he will have some bullshit excuses for why he couldnt pay people
