I'd say you can raise all stats overall, that'd make it more balanced. Nice cash, combat levels and etc

Quests? Torso? Firecape? Void?

It's good but still needs 99 hp and 99 defence to get that max melee.
I'd also get your mage to 90 as well as range to 90 unless it already is.

 

9/10. its worth about 200 for the mills alone. they skills are about 150 usd. so like 350 usd for all

 

For a main, I rate it 10/10. For price, knowing this site, 100-200 USD. I sold my 124 with 1 Summoning and people were claiming my account to be highly priced at 150.

 

I'd say about $200-$300 since you have good amount of cash on it.
