    I'm not sure what you were going for here but uhm, you used a brush and mirrored it and added text. Since you asked for a rating, 3/10 for the effort.

    I actually like it. It's simple and it gets the job done. I would have liked to see the brush strokes more defined though.

    The text in between the brush strokes doesn't go with the flow at all.

    The two 'things' next to the text doesn't compliment the text itself. If you want something surrounding your text, make sure that it doesn't look like two hairy monsters trying to attack the text. Try using different brushes; ones that aren't so large.

    So to my conclusion, make sure that if you want something to surround your text, make it compliment each other.

    Edit: also, if you want to successfully make it transparent: When making a new canvas, click the option 'transparent', and after you are finished, save it as a .png, and you will have a transparent background.
