    It looks as if it has vivid effects, although the scan lines ruin it. Try blending a bit more and never use scan lines.

    i like it, but i wouldn't have overlayed so much lines as a pattern

    Yeah the lines seem to be overkill, I get what you were trying to achieve but it subtracts from the rest of the tag. Otherwise I like it, the lighting and fx are good.

    The line is a bit overkill as Jack mentionned, but I like the overall attempt. I think you should try to gradually introduce them(lines), by making the character a bit more apparent and line free and then just accentuate the effect,
