    I just can't say what is wrong with this picture idk what did u do just add some fractals its looking weird follow some tutorials ;).

    Looks like you used the oil paint feature in cs6. Now doesn't look like much was done there, so I suggest you follow some tutorials to better your work.

    www.deviantart.com is a great site, just search the tutorials you are looking for.

    Example: Smudge tutorial, you will get results

    Using cs5. And next time, instead of saying the generic "Go read tuts" how about you give a halfway decent critique?
