Prayer Switching on Jad!

I'm having alot of trouble with prayer switching on jad, I really could use some training advice so I can get a firecape on my next try.

Use the hotkey F5 to switch to the prayer section then Esc to go back to inventory

put your sound on loud.
When you hear a noise - Mage .
when u dont Range.

When legs stamp hard on ground = Range
When legs raise for 1sec in the air = Mage
