Player Auction Fees?

Help me understand if this is correct.

So say I were to sell 50m to someone at $0.7/M ($35 transaction). The fees for this would be $5.48?

Also if you make a certain number of sales on Player Auctions are there any fee reductions?

The fees exist in all situations, there's no way to avoid them. A $35 fee would be about $3.5+$2 which would be a little less than $5.50, so you are correct on your calculation.

 

Alright then. Well you obviously have a lot more experience in this market than me so can you tell me how the fees are usually paid?

Like is the seller usually responsible or will the user buying gold pay the fees?

 

As the seller you pay all the fees. They pay you whatever the purchase was for less the fees. So with the above example, they'd just pay out 29.50

Say you sell X-item for $100. The fee will come out of the 100.

Reason for fees: Insurance for buyer- i think its great* Prob sucks for gold selling* + PA needs to make some money.


Ways to fix it- Jack your price up abit more then normal to get fees covered+ Asking price.

I sold my level 127 main for $85 only got $72.50 i believe it was.

Works same way as Ebay.
