Rarebot Compiling

I've updated my java to the latest version and it still doesn't compile scripts.
I always get "Could not compile" errors.
When I run compile-scripts in the folder and this appears:


I then googled it and this appeared: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EfO18mWCyYk
It links you to a java compiling site. It looks suspicious since a java permission option appears at the last stage.
I would of posted this in rarebot but they're currently down and I'm eager to test out a script base that I put together.

 

That only site is legit, I've used it in the past.

To solve it for your computer, set the java path in your system environment tables.

The path is usually something like: C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre6\bin

 

could you please elaborate on how to fix the java path... that site thats "legit" comes up as harmful to my computer
