Ordered an NMZ script of rare scripts, had several issues and he is refusing to refund

So, I needed an NMZ script made via Simba because basically any other client gets you banned as reflection/injection are both easily detected.

It's safe to assume when you're looking for a simba script, you're expecting it to be color. Rare scripts did not send me a color script, he made the assumption that I wanted reflection and there were multiple problems with the script. I pointed out the problems and said that there is no point in you fixing them since this isn't a color script like I wanted, I'd either like you to make me a color script or refund me. He refused both of these options.

As said on Skype Simba is a color/reflection mix bot, Simba don't only run on Color.
The script is color/reflection mix like i always do (unless people say in the begin they want 100% color, which is more work)

I told you im sorry it went this way but you should have told me exactly into details what u want, and what u dont want in the script before i started, sadly enough im unable to look inside people their head so see what they exactly want.

Dont turn around saying i dont want to fix it, i do but u told me there is no use to fix if ur not gonna use it anyways.

Honestly i dont feel like giving a refund since everybody can ask a refund that way on things they never told me, apart from that there is no way to disable or remove the script due open source.

If there are bugs i always fix them, but im not going to rewrite it to color for free becuz u forgot to tell me u dont want it to have reflection, which i think is pretty usefull to ask before letting somebody make something for u.

Also changing the number of absorb repeats will fix this "bug" which u wanted me to add (change to 1-3 from 5-11, since 11 is obv too much).

Bug fixes/small changes are free, i dont mind those.
However this is a full re-vamp, i basically have to re-write the whole script again but then in color (which take twice the amount of work) so yes.
He never declared he wanted it to be fully color till he received the script.

Considering he didn't specify, I don't see a refund being necessary. You still supplied him with a script that does what he wants.
