    Is it still possible to recover inactive rare names using that guide that was around these forums a few years ago?

    rare name recovery
    people who made an account with a unique name like "hello" "bye" "kill" "win" and have never logged into them for years. There was a guide here a while ago, also found here :

    this tut allows people to recover these accounts by lieing.

    I think jagex fixed it a while ago but a few people have said it still works for them.
