    I need a plan...

So I am a returning player to the actual game from 2005. I'd like some guidance on the game a little.

Are more people playing 07 for skilling or PvP/PvM?

For PvP/PvM, what seems to be the best setup for range?

What kind of items are most popular at this point? cosmetic and fighting.

I'm looking to train 2/3 profitable skills on the side (For 07GP, not going to be selling it), any recommendations?

I know this isn't EoC section, but is it even worth botting EoC?

    Thanks :)

Well if you're gonna play the game just play it the way you like. If you're gonna train range, I suggest getting 99 range and 42 defence for void armor. You're gonna have loads of fun pking in full void/rune crossbow/dark bow, etc.

People don't play for either of that, they play whether they are a main, skiller, pure or anything. Purely for the fact that they prefer 07 > EoC. I personally play due to that fact also.

Everyone is different, some people prefer 1 def, some people perfer void, range tanks etc. I believe in low combat PvP best setup would be rune cbow dragon bolts (e) followed by Dbow/mage short spec. But that is my personal preference, I myself have only ever made hybrids so, rune cbow dragon bolts (e) DDS spec etc. Or the opposite. I don't have much experience with range tanks but I do know in higher level battles they completely own. And are very good for staking. It all comes down to personal preference.

I'd say look back at how RS was, it's practically the same as it was a few years ago. Dark bows, Rune cross bows, D scim, DDS..

I'd personally choose fishing, when you get to level 76 this becomes extremely profitable, and I myself don't actually get bored when fishing sharks.. Lol. Another stat you could raise would be wc, that is another great money maker. Some of the basic skills that don't require money to maintain yet turn around a great deal of profit.

Haven't played in a while so wouldn't be able to answer this question, Sorry.

    I hope I helped!

That seems like a fun idea. I never have had a 99 since I was around the age of 10 back then and had no idea how defense could even help me, lol. I knew the basics, and read to get a 99 :)

You did help :). I think void will be the best way to go. Any ideas on locations to train right now? I think I attempted fishing once, but it seems fun to start training, I will try that out. I was thinking WC too so that will be good.

Thanks for all the help guys!
