Well I am training accounts on runescape for paypal and vouches. When I have 3 or more business partners I will start a new thread that we actually use to train. We accept ONLY paypal, mail, or rsgp(you must have meathod! We are relatively cheap
we do not start the training until we recieved payment!

aim?
are you willing to train an account up to 5 hours a day?

All Combat skills
Most non-combat skills
Most F2P quests
maybe zeals if anyone has nothing else to do.
