I agree with Deacon... I think this is a good idea because, well, some people may have had a bad day, and rather then some one pissing them off and having to tell the story

If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all. We don't need a "Deacon's on his period forum", I think that's what we consider the IRC.

This is Sythe not Jagex, their Rants are for them to worry about and ignore, our Rant forum is the Dispute Forum on Sythe.

 

Right, like I'm going to post something random in the dispute forum not disputing something that happened away from sythe.

I'm saying in the spam forum, you'll post, and it'll be spammed all to hell, etc. In the flame forum, that won't be allowed. Thus, effectively creating discussions over family problems, friend problems, computer problems, scammers and rs related bull shit, etc.
