Ranked Team! [NA]

Alright guys, I had a thread before about this. But I'll remake it because I need to change it all.

Alright, I've been in multiple ranked teams, but the teams always die down, and we don't even get through placement rounds. I currently am in a team, where 2 of us are wanting to place, but our team is inactive and we've only played 2 games. (Won 1, lost 1 - Crazy game that we won)

So pretty much, we'll have the whole group spend a day on going over a name, and the roles we'll all play. (Everyone needs 2 main roles, and a side role) *Those are roles you are best at, I don't care what you prefer*

I'm not asking for professionals, but I want people who will be skilled enough to know when to do what, and being able to listen.

We will all be in either RC or Skype. RC is preferred, as it's better to cancel out BG noise.

Every person before they are accepted into the team will be playing a few games with me and Swoozle. This is to see how you play and if we think you'll be good for the team.

Hopefully we have some interest. We will be starting probably next weekend.
