someone help me please

ok so i went to log onto my account the otherday, it said invalid username or password. i thought i got hacked to i went to recover pass and waited, so about a day later it said my account has been locked. can someone please explain what happened?

 

If jagex has a reason to believe your acc is hacked they lock the acc, if its your acc you can easily recover it.

To me it sounds like someone had been on your account, as Jagex would only lock an account if you try to recover it when another IP address had accessed the account. You might be keylogged, so I would suggest running the best anti-virus you have, and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware.

Recovering locked accounts can be extremely difficult, as every bit of information supplied must be correct. The slightest screw up could leave your account locked, so you've really got to prove it's yours.

Locked appeals take 3 days, so good luck.

yeah i didnt get it back, now my other account got hacked, so im assuming someone on my friends list is doing it

 

If your saying ANOTER one of your account's got hacked , I really suggest you scan your computer for any viruses/Spyware or any other malicious software that could be recording your password. Either that , or you for some reason told somebody your password + information.

 

You got hacked, and the hacker tried to get you banned. Jagex noticed it was not your IP. So they locked, instead of banhammering.
