Quests for a 40 defence ranger?

rebuilding my "rune ranger" or whatever.

for melee, keeping 50 attack, so i could possibly max str without combat.

What quests do i need for 40 defence (disregarding anything for ancients, or melee weapons, or rfd gloves, all i will do is range)

So far, i have
Lunars, and prereqs
Handcannon quest, and prereqs


Anything else i am missing?


Edit: also, what would be the minimum hp to be able to antirush with, assuming i brew prefight? was thinking i could get away with 60 const, with a ph neck and rocktail brews
