Range tank guide?

[tehsuperginge]

I'm thinking of making a new range tank.. does anyone know of a good 07-specific guide?

Additionally, what are the essential quests that a range tank needs? RFD gloves and vengeance are the two main quest-related rewards that spring to mind, but what other essentials are there?
