Will you get banned for auto switching?

Just wondering if it's even heard of to get a ban for using an auto-switcher? They only run for about a second and it's highly unlikely someone would report you (or even know, unless you announce it publicly.) so I'd assume it would be hard for Jagex to detect but than again it is somewhat an "unfair advantage".

I thought I'd ask before I (potentially) risk my account on such a minor advantage.

It is bannable, but very unlikely to get caught. I think that you should use one.

Not really, no. They're becoming incredibly common and I find it hard to switch at high speeds while making sure all items get equipped.

 

Thats where luck meets skill in RS thats what makes hybriding fun. If you're unable to pull off a decent switch at a decent speed ur pretty much a failure and id recommend doing something easier like maybe training on al kharid warriors for a while. L2pk or just don't lmao.

 

This thread was not made so you could have a sook about other people using auto-switchers. Seeing as you think you're so good you have no reason to complain or worry about auto-switchers, do you?

 

No I don't think you could get banned. Im not trying to argue either. All im trying to say is what fun is pking if your getting a bot to do it for you lol. Im not complaining either ill probably shit on a kid auto switcher or not lmao im a beast ass hybrid.

 

It's not Pking for me. It doesn't decide when I switch, pot, eat, pray, spec ect. It mimics a simple action with increased speed and accuracy. Obviously you have a different opinion and that's fine, you don't have to use a switcher.

Well I think I can guess what an Auto Switcher is....

Basically u should just learn to PK because if everyone does what your planning on doing it'll fuck it up for real PKers like myself.

 

It won't get you banned. A while ago Jagex wrote a PDF telling P Mods about the banning process. Basically, they said that doing precise things like switching equipment and such at high speeds will flag your account, but will not warrant a ban by itself. As long as you don't bot/rwt with it, you'll be fine.

I agree, it's a sort of tool to 'increase' your gameplay.
I have one, but am not using it at all.
