menamesphil <- scammer stole $30 by paypal for a display name i never received

told me to talk on skype, i sent the $30 as he confirmed the account ingame but then he started to gradually ignore me

when i asked him when he was gonna give me the name he logged out (or blocked me maybe)

I'm having to try and contact paypal
