ElChapo was banned until he posted from a home IP, instead of doing that, coincidentally Randyport showed up 3 days later, with both of his IPs being from the same VPN used by ElChapo, showning a match with him on one IP and a previous vader of his on another.

Randyport only has 4 posts but one of them is trying to buy a RS account which is usually what ElChapo was up to as well.
