1-10 shrimps (around 70)

10-20 herring

20-30 trout

30-50 salmon

50-64 bass

64-90 lobster

90-94/96 monkfish

94/96-99 sharks

Have fun, Cooking is the easiest if not one of the easiest skills to level up. I've still yet to get a 99.

Urns are easy to use.
You just need a fire rune and a decorated cooking urn (a few hundred) get someone with 81 craft to assist you. Use the fire run on the urns and repeat. Then have 2 in your inventory and when one fills place it in the bank and withdraw another. Always make sure to have to so you don't miss out on xp going into your urn.

 

I am currently getting 99 cooking on my def pure...its how I knew what to cook for decent exp at a decent price xD

I was cooking swordies at a profit for around 150k exp per hour, mind you I was botting before the nuke.
