I'm 90% sure he has the account in his possession. I do not have access to the account; he didn't contact me about the "wrong information" until 2 days later, which seemed a little off to me to begin with.


Yes he did gave the info , tell me why they are wrong? I have the appeal picture , all the details are wrong.

Just check the dates of the times of the PMs , you can see clearly i sent him multiple PMs the same time when the "new" password didn't even work and then i sent 1 PM everyday after that until i made the scammer report.

He is lying like hell , just tell him to enjoy the account and a free cape and just ban him ..

 

Like I said in your other report, it's impossible to tell who's telling the truth in PM trades. Many things can happen, trade continued over msn, trade finished through PM and PM's were deleted, etc... I'm not accusing you of anything but as you can see from his response to your other thread you guys are basically accusing each other. If you can get any solid evidence such as him confessing, reselling that account, etc.. some solid proof then please PM me or make another thread.
