• I've been trying to contact Breezily 9,242,579 OSRS RSGP. Skype ID: Manlepobret for months at the time to try to pay back his coins but it seems he has and still has been inactive and i've been banned for a while and just came to realize that i have the chance to appeal as i was ignored at first.

• The incident was years ago as he's not active on skype and or sythe anymore so i can't provide the screenshots as i did in my last pardon, i understand the payment will go to the community and i'm willing to repay what was lost

  I understand my actions at the time were in the wrong as i truthfully did not mean to impersonate myself on the skype, i was a big seller on the RSPS community market when alotic was open dealing with over 5b 07 worth of gold priced at 2$/M + at the time. I realize the incident was over four years ago but i was under the impression i couldn't appeal the ban at the time until a mod has stated he didn't know "Random Kid" was serious . I Had over 75 legitimate vouches at the time i was unbanned and realized my wrong. I'm trying to get back into the sythe community once again for all the right reasons and will not commit any wrongful actions if reviews/unbanned. I currently can't pm Breezily anymore as the situation was over four years ago and he hasn't been active since around 2015. As for the last pardon decline by dunworry for "Blackhat activities" i believe there was a misunderstanding as i never partaken in anything in the wrong at the time or plan to break any rules in the future.

The user in this post appears to have been scammed the exact same way as your other victim. He was sent a PM from you using the same script "I was told to pm your profile" where you later claimed he was impostor scammed.
