Pokemoner2 is SCAMMER!!

I needed a goldfarming services,so i find his thread the link of his thread

Then we talked that he will make 20m for 65$,so he told me his paypal email

Then i sended the 65$ to his Paypal,and he said that he got it,he will make it.

Then i said nick and password,and he said it will be done in 2 weeks,he made me member for free,so that i would not need to pay from my pocket.

So there was only 8m in acount and he made till 11m or 10m so he did only 3/20.I asked for refund,and he said that he have limited paypal etc,and said will get me the cash,after sell his account.

 

why he's not banned?
