Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

As mentioned in the post linked within the reason section above, I’ve personally invested into and have been working on a website for swapping everything from virtual items, services and accounts to irl items and services. This is something I’ve been actively working on (to broaden and showcase my skillset for applying to future jobs in the near future as well as for working on a project I’m passionate about). I’ve been solely investing in this for quite some time now and following every protocol I’ve researched such as purchasing a license to host, add-ons from developers for the features I do currently have installed, etc. I’m extremely new to this and so with that being said, I’ve been testing a lot of things in my free time so it’s in no way completely finished yet. I understand some posts were the same as Sythe’s however it’s still a work in progress which is why I haven’t advertised this (minus the very few people (friends) I’ve mentioned this idea to in hopes to get some feedback towards current progress) The mentioned stickies were for me (placeholders) and to reference ideas based off of (not to strictly rip) I very much intended on composing these from scratch to replace and eliminate any ripping accusations. However, instead, for the time being, I have edited these stickies in question to “Placeholder” in place of the text within to resolve these misunderstandings (since I haven’t been able to get to these yet in my process. Please keep in mind that I’m doing this on my own and as it’s widely known, it’s a lot of work and not something that can be fully done in one sitting)

If you’d be kind enough to check once more and see if I missed anything, I’d be more than happy to edit anything further to comply with the rules here. I don’t wish for any bad blood, in fact I was hoping to build a good relationship to where we can coexist like how other marketplaces do currently. I understand it’s live and so it’s publicly viewable but I haven’t purchased any SEO or mass advertised at this time. Maybe my developer configured something to where it was discovered but to my knowledge it shouldn’t have been discoverable yet to anyone (with exception to the few friends I mentioned above) The forums itself is made via XenForo with a template applied by the developer which everything can be proven via messages with said developer.

In regards to Owned, he can make his own dispute so this in no way represents his dispute, but I’d like to clarify that he has had nothing to do with this process and therefore I believe it’s unfair to hold him accountable for anything that I’ve solely worked on. (He has yet to have seen any of the work I’ve done besides some of the unique add-ons I’ve purchased like the ability to have a verification check)

Anything else you wish to say: My apologies nonetheless, I should have approached this process differently and had I known this beforehand, I would have approached this differently. For the record, I have no intention on stealing members from here or swaying them into explicitly switching to my marketplace, and I’ve made this clear to those friends whom I’ve mentioned the idea to. I specifically said they can post on my website as well if they’d like to be apart of it.
