Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
To make a long story short there was a dice duel, I lost and didn't pay. It was an extremely spur of the moment decision (and also an extremely stupid one) that I regret.
I have recently started playing OSRS and want to re-enter the market.
I hope to show that in the 5 years since it occurred that I have matured greatly and hope to re-enter both the community and market as a trustworthy and valuable member.
I hope to reach out to the staff members so that they can assist me with what I need to do to gain their yes vote.
If there is any hesitations at all I hope to be given the chance to address them, either through this thread or through discord (my discord is ramgill)
