Explanation of the trade: He came to me on 18th of Jan, and we agreed that he would buy the account i was selling for 1500$, in two instalments, first instalment was going to be paid 31th Jan, we both agreed to the deal and I took the account off my sythe selling page as the date and deal was done. Now the 29th of Jan he is telling me he wont be buying the account.

I apologise for not going through with the trade, I had found a better option for my current financial situation and decided to pursue that instead.

Furthermore, I didn't receive any Term of Agreement that you mentioned you would write up.
I said I would be purchasing an account on the 31st of Jan, you still decided to hastily take down your Sythe thread before then (without me saying so), I can't see how that is my fault when I didn't sign, read or verbally accept any form of Term of Agreement.

Again, I'm sorry for "wasting" 10 days of your advertisement, I know time is more valuable than money but a thread post doesn't take long to create within reason.

If there's anything I could do to perhaps help with your "loss of advertisement" then please don't hesitate to suggest something.

And here is were i told you i took the topic off sythe, as having the topic up would mean the account was still for sale. Wich it was not as we had just agreed on the terms of the deal:

"regardless they will understand wt kind of buyer you are" By saying this you're implying I'm a bad buyer, furthermore like I said before you didn't send me any Term of Agreement and I don't believe it's against the terms of service to cancel a deal before it has begun.

 

You are a bad buyer, there is no doubt about that.

 

Backing out of an agreement is ok as long as no money has changed hands. Definitely keep advertising until someone has actually purchased the account, you're allowed to do that
