    Explanation of the trade: A few days ago I paid Ralo 15m to build me an ironman from scratch. He completed this job and we exchanged vouches. So I felt confident using him again and paid him 28.5M for a service. It's been 4 days now and he never even logged into the account. He keeps bumping his services thread though. This might not be a scam, but I want a refund or him to meet his commitments in a timely fashion. Not starting in 4 days is unreasonable and is wasting my bond.
    How they scammed: 28.5M + bond
