THUNDER BROTHERS - banned due to being hacked

Hey, tried jumping onto sythe and got a message saying ive been banned due to being hacked. Ive recently connected to new [Redacted] (but ive used this IP to login to my sythe before anyway) which youll be able to see.

My intial IP was in [Removed] when i was there for work. But my current IP and IP lpcation it has been for a very long time [Redacted]. Ive got through a couple of different ISP including:

Do you have any proof of your move? i.e tickets/notice of location changes/phone plans?

Not really no - my IP has been in [Redacted] for quite some time now though so that should definately match up + Im still using the same discord assosciated with my sythe to buy/sell gold and which i pmd mods to help with my donor rank.

 

I dont have anything to upload or show the move? more on that - who even decided my account was hacked? my password and everything set is still the same and i didnt see any suspicious activity? if its just being decided by staff to no longer give me access to my account ive worked so hard on and put money into and you guys cant even identiy by the SAME IPS that have been used on my account and being posted from then that solo'y upto you guys and i would like my donor $$ back as theres 0 reason for it to be banned. ive done nothing wrong and did not claim it was hacked what so ever and now my application " cant go forward"

hey andy, seeing as ive been removed off discord now to which makes it that i cant send you a messaged lol. ive replied to the post. please make sure my [redacted] which was paid for is returned if my application is not going to be continued. I wasnt banned for a reason due to scamming or any that sort and idk who even claimed my account was hacked which is stupid. if it was banned due to an IP difference then im sure you guys can see that the IP im posting from is one ive been using on it for a very long time + the same discord. ill be waiting otherwise ill be taking legal action to get my $$ back which ive put in. thankyou
