mmrtrend unfair charge scam [LoL]

Briefly explain the trade:

1: I initially purchased 5 Net wins for silver 2
2: Unintentionally, I logged into the account TWICE whilst the booster was In champ select causing a loss of LP
3: AFTERWARDS I was told not to log in - hence i did not touch the account at all after that
4: I asked mmrtrend how much extra would it cost me to buy a division boost from silver 2 to silver 1
5: I was told an extra $5.50 (+$1.00 handling fee) would change my order from a 'net win boost' to a 'division boost'
6: I asked for confirmation before i submitted my payment and this can be shown in the evidence below
7: I was then told that they need ANOTHER $6.50 because i logged in (Before they told me NOT to login) and disrupted *(unknowingly, not informed that they were boosting)
*Yes I was told when the boost COMMENCED, and I played a normal game without harming the boost, and nothing was said to me (obviously they're not going to be on the account 24/7 and with the slow delivery time of waiting over a week and having no communication)

-The matter is - MMRtrend TOOK $6.50 saying that it would be sufficient to change my order from a 5xnetwin basis to a division boost - AFTERwards they say to me that I need to give them ANOTHER $6.50 to proceed with the boost because I disrupted them by accidentally causing dodges
This would have been acceptable if they informed me when the boost was taking place or if the account was being used - but there was NO communication

In addition to this - mmrtrend spitefully LOST an additional game on my account after I brought up this matter
