Gohan is a scammer.

After months of waiting, dozens of PM's sent, I realized it's not worth it and how stupid of me it was to wait and believe it'll all be alright.
I know this particular thread and scam probably won't be treated as it would any other, but i felt the urge to act and do something.
I've been scammed by, a very "trusted" member of this society, Gohan. But as that didn't stop him from scamming, so shouldn't be the administrators and moderators to treat him like any other Sythe user.
Even though I doubt it will be that way. Nevertheless, proof and explanation is below.

I posted on the thread, added him on msn, and made an offer.
Asked for PM, as later seen on the screenshot.
We agreed on 45M for the account and he offered me to log in to the account to verify the stats and everything. I accepted the offer.

Then we met to transfer the cash to his account.

As seen on the screenshots, I traded him the cash, after which, as he promised he gave the info. Real or not I can't say since I had no opportunity to test it (account being recovered).

Then I tried changing the email for the first time.

This is my first login after the account being recovered for the frist time and returned to me (after which it was recovered again and not returned, mind you)
Note the new recoveries were put, which i wasn't given.

Meanwhile, he uploaded a youtube video proving he has the access to the account, and calling me a liar (he probably expected me to report him then)

When I received the account and pass for the second time, I changed the email again to my own.

Useless, as it was the first time, it didn't prevent the repeated recovery.

That was the last I heard from him. I've sent him many PM's, none of which were answered.

I think, if you read carefully everything, you should see many delinquencies and oversights made (claiming the account to be his own, then later saying it was his friends', etc.)

This is by all means scamming, regardless who it is involved in it, since I haven't got the account nor any of the cash has been refunded.

By the looks of it, Gohan was not the person that recovered the account. I'm assuming the previous owner did.

The IP after the recovery did not match Gohan's IP, it matched another banned user's. So I think you would be entitled to a refund from gohan, but I would like to hear some input from him too. I find "(claiming the account to be his own, then later saying it was his friends', etc.)" to be odd.

Regarding the Weasel2013's statement. I'm not sadistic, nor I dislike Gohan. I can't say a bad word for him, well, except not answering my PM's, for which I don't know the reason, really a good guy.
I guess he has a point of it being possible for me to change the password myself, but no sane person would do that, but as there is no way I can't prove I didn't do it, I belive the best way is for them (don' know who has it) to keep the acc, and for me to get the refund. But I understand how tough can recovering account be, he must be doing it all the time scamming.

Well, contemplating everything, I've decided, and Gohan agreed that it is for the best that I get the refund.
I might've been harsh on Gohan, it's just that I've been scammed too many damn times and really sick of it. And I guess his friend was probably not a person to trust.
Since it could be Weasel2013, I have no choice to believe in Gohan's innocence.

Will report when I get the refund, so we can close this case.
