Radiate Service is a scammer

Briefly explain the trade: i was getting him 1-70 dung i was going first in incriments of 10 10 levels he paid 10m ect ect starting at 1 i did the first 10 everything went smooth next 10 i said i g2g to work can u pay me he said no ?
i said why?
he said because i need "insurance that youll come back" so i demanded payment he declined ect ect
How they scammed: wont pay the 2nd incriment..
What time in the video does it show the user's msn: all throught the video i show it
What time in the video it shows you giving the account/money/items: in the begging im talking to him on rs but on msn he tell me his rsn so thats proof
What time in the video does it show you not receiving the account/money/items: he confirms that the 2nd part was done.

I've told Radiate I'd like to see him fulfill the terms of the service eg; 10m per 10 levels. If you gave gained more than 10 levels, he needs to pay the next 10m. If you have only gained 10m, he isn't liable to pay you anymore.

Edit: 20 dungeoneering has been obtained, I want Radiate to pay the extra 10m for levels obtained.
If any mod views this thread in 24hours from this post and the 10m hasn't been paid, please ban Radiate.
