Xtermite - Attempted to secure my account

Briefly explain the trade: I sell him my account for 600m, he pays the 600m in 3 payments, sort of like 50/50. He pays first 200m, he gets login information, he pays the next 200m, he gets the bank pin number, then after the last 200m, the account is fully his and he gets all of the recovery information.
How they scammed: Before the trade even began, I told him the ToS which were basically, after he recieved the login information, he was not to change any information on the account, or the payment would be terminated with no refund, and he agreed.


So he paid me the first 200m no problem, he received the account login name and password, and was on the account, a few hours later, he paid the next 200m payment, and recieved the bank pin. This is where things went wrong, I went to sleep and when I woke up, I checked my email to find that I had a request to change my RS email for the account.



Then I tried to login, to find that my password had been changed as well. So I recovered my account knowing that he had already broken the ToS. I obviously got it back since I knew all the information on it despite him trying to secure my account before the trade was completed, and the bank pin was also wrong.

I've yet to find out if my chaotics, void, fighter torso, fighter hat, etc. are still in my bank, and I will update this post if it's still open if they're gone. I doubt they are seeing as he was trying to secure my account, but still, he broke my ToS that he agreed on. He also deleted about 70% of my friend's list and I believe he was botting.

I actually want you to refund him the 400m and then try to sell it somebody else. This is to stop further problems as trust has already been broken. By doing this you both come to the position before the trade ever happened. Before you cry to the high heavens about terms and it cancelling the trade with you keeping the gp - don't bother. I find it reasonable for somebody trying to secure an account when somebody goes to bed and personally I would of done it myself.

 

You would've tried to secure the account after agreeing on the ToS he came up with? Like I said, we're not at the same terms we were before the trade happened. I've had to turn down offers to work with him, the account could've EASILY been sold already, and now I have to wait ANOTHER 7 days until I can even attempt to sell the account again since the bank pin is changed, and still I don't even know if I still have all my untradables in the bank which dramatically increase the account value.

He said he wouldn't be able to pay the remainder for a few days, or else I wouldn't of gone to sleep. I've offered to finish the trade with him if he paid me the rest now. I'm not refunding him yet until I KNOW what's in my bank. If he gives me the bank pin, then I'll give him his money.
